A recipe with love - passed down from my beloved sweet late mom
食谱传于母亲. 用心烹煮,用料十足!

Ingredients:
Asam Jawa, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Ginger Flower, Red Cili, Dried Cili, Cili Padi, Garlic, Sugar and etc
材料:
罗望果、黄姜、南姜、香茅、姜花、红辣椒、辣椒干、小辣椒、糖等等

Instruction of Use (for 2 pax) :
To steam fish
1. Prepare 600-700 g of fish (tilapia/grouper)
2. Put a few slices of ginger underneath the fish, steam for 3-4 mins and pour away the water.
3. Prepare 4-5 tablespoons of Penguin Nyonya Asam Paste dilute with 130ml of water in a bowl. Pour on to the fish and spread evenly to cover the fish.
4. Continue steam for 7-8 mins.
 
To stir fry:
1. Saute 4-5 tablespoons of Penguin Nyonya Assam Paste with medium heat.
2. Add 600-700g of prawns/ squids/vegetable. Stir well with Nyonya Assam Paste.
3. Add in 130ml water and continue cook for 2-3 mins. No seasoning needs to be added.
Tips: May add in some okra/eggplant/tomato. May also add in sugar/lime base of personal preference.
 
使用方式:
蒸煮:
1. 准备600-700克的鱼(可选择金凤鱼/石斑鱼)
2. 姜切片放在鱼身底部,蒸上3-4分钟,拿出飞水.
3. 准备4-5汤匙的鹅妈娘惹亚三酱加入130毫升的水稀释,再均匀的倒在鱼身上.
4. 继续蒸上7-8分钟.
 
煮炒:
1. 放入4-5汤匙的鹅妈娘惹亚三酱,用中火煮炒.
2. 放入600-700克的虾/墨鱼/蔬菜类和酱料炒拌均匀.
3. 再加入约130毫升的水继续炒搅2-3分钟. 无需加入调味料.

小贴士:可以加入羊角豆/茄子/番茄. 也可以个人喜好加少许糖或柠檬汁.

Refrigerated once opened.

打开后,请放入冰箱.
